烘焙小贴士:有盐牛油与无盐牛油的分别

牛油 的学问比想象还要深奥,也会影响制作糕点的成败率以及成品的味道。那么问题来了:烘培牛油到底用哪一种比较适合呢?

答:烘培中比较常用的是[无盐牛油]      

      无盐牛油中不含盐分,通常会用在烘培甜品、面包、蛋糕、饼干、派、塔等等。如果使用用无盐牛油来制作烘培甜品,大家可以根据自己的喜好加入少许的盐,依照自己要的咸度来调味。      

      有盐牛油中含有盐分,不同牌子的牛油还带有不同的咸味。一般比较适合用于烹饪,或是涂在面包上直接享用。如果使用有盐牛油来制作烘培甜品,食谱里原有的盐分量可以省略,不然会影响或破坏成品的味道哦

Baking Tips: #Salted or #Unsalted Butter?            

Different types of #butter used in recipe will affect the outcome and taste of baked goods. So which one is more suitable for baking?
Answer: Unsalted Butter is more frequently used      

      Unsalted butter does not contain salt. It’s frequently used in baking desserts such as bread, cake, cookies, pie, and tarts etc. By using unsalted butter, you can control the amount of salt to be added during baking process and adjust saltiness to your liking.      

      Salted butter contains certain amount of salt which varies across different brands. It is usually more suitable for cooking, or spreading on breads to serve directly. If you’re using salted butter for baking, it is advisable to omit the salt listed in baking recipe to not affect the taste of baked goods (could become very salty)
